The railroad was organized on January 15, 1891, it had its origins in a line founded in Tyler, Texas. It was bought by Southern Pacific in 1932, which became part of Union Pacific in 1996.

This is an illuminated drum head-like light box of the Cotton Belt Railroad. This is a PLA (Polylactic Acid) printed representation of the logo in 2 colors with a drum-like back with a wall mounting hole. The lightbox includes an IR remote to turn the light box on/off and to change the color intensity from a warm 2700K to a daylight bright 6500K.

The logo is back lit with 110V LED Strip lights to illuminate the entire logo. The unit measures 9.278" diameter by 1.575" height.
