The Old Capital Antiques store sits on the south side of the square of the original Illinois state capital town of Vandalia, Illinois. The building is a picturesque representation of a common architecture found around the turn of the 20th century. The same store front is found down the street in Vandalia.
Note: this kit is a representation of the prototype building, but some artistic liberties have been made to adjust for manufacturing techniques, size constraints and additional features to make the kit into a more versatile/useful presentation.
