The Snow Building was built in 1930 using the classical Art Deco style for multi-story buildings at the time. It was one of a 'second wave' of more impressive commercial structures to be built at Five Points. Situated between the core of downtown (Main between Church and Corcoran) and the Duke Factory. The Snow Building contained multiple offices as well as first floor retail.
Note: this kit is a representation of the prototype building, but some artistic liberties have been made to adjust for manufacturing techniques, size constraints and additional features to make the kit into a more versatile/useful presentation.
